Bridges - The Bridges program supports students as they begin their transition from school to community-based work experiences. This program serves as a “bridge” between the traditional school setting and the Transition School, offering additional guidance and structure for students who may need more support during this critical phase.

Post High - An unpaid work-study program designed to support students with disabilities to prepare for independent employment. Students participate in a rigorous curriculum and immersion model by partnering with local businesses that focus on hospitality, retail, and health care. Apply for Post High here!
